Holiday Inn Palmdale-Lancaster, An Ihg Hotel, Palmdale

The hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay. The friendly staff made the experience pleasant, although the dining options were just alright. The location was convenient, with some areas to improve on value for money.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were fresh and clean, but the heavy cigarette smell and presence of roaches were major turn-offs. Additionally, discovering rodents and fleas in the mattresses and covers was quite disturbing. On the bright side, the service was generally nice, but the misinformation about breakfast times caused a missed meal on our last day. The location was convenient, although being too close to the entrance was a downside. The dining options were acceptable but could use an upgrade. In terms of facilities, there were some positives and negatives to consider.

Upon arrival, the hotel had some drawbacks such as the rooms smelling like smoke and feeling cramped, yet it had two bath towels, one hand towel, and one washcloth. The location wasn't ideal due to unpleasant smells on the floor, but the dining experience was good, especially with friendly customer service. Overall, the stay was decent with aspects that could be improved for better guest satisfaction.
