My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were fresh and clean, but the heavy cigarette smell and presence of roaches were major turn-offs. Additionally, discovering rodents and fleas in the mattresses and covers was quite disturbing. On the bright side, the service was generally nice, but the misinformation about breakfast times caused a missed meal on our last day. The location was convenient, although being too close to the entrance was a downside. The dining options were acceptable but could use an upgrade. In terms of facilities, there were some positives and negatives to consider.
